Northern Cotton is driving the growth of the cotton industry in Northern Australia. We're looking for a hands-on, experienced Gin Site Manager to lead operations at our modern ginning facility near Katherine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily gin operations and maintenance

• Manage seasonal staff and site logistics

• Ensure safety and quality standards are met

• Coordinate with growers and contractors

Requirements:

• Experience in agricultural or industrial manufacturing site management

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Mechanical aptitude

• Cotton ginning experience (preferred)

Remuneration
